Eligibility

Eva is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: Your daily logs and measurements are retained to provide the service. We operate a 30-day entry window for data logging.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, removing all of your health data, profile information, and account identifiers.

Third Parties & Analytics

We do not sell your health data. Eva uses no advertising SDKs, and no analytics event sent from the app carries any health data or identifiable cycle information.

Requests for your data

Eva answers requests for your data only to valid legal process, tells you unless a court forbids it, and publishes how often it was asked. The policy and the report are on thetransparency page.
